Dr. Malay Adhikari Dr. Malay Adhikari is at present, Assistant Professor at School of Law, SRM University, Chennai. He did his doctorate from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi; M. Phil. (Space Law) from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad and M.Sc. (Physics) from Visva-Bharati, Shantiniketan, West Bengal. He has presented many papers at various national and international forum concerning space law. The author has published many articles on different issues of law in outer space during last few years.
