Swarup K. Chakrabarti has a Master’s degree in Biochemistry from Calcutta University, India. He did his Ph.D dissertation work at Indian Institute of Chemical Biology (Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, Government of India), and received doctoral degree (science) from Jadavpur University, India. Subsequently, he did his post-doctoral research at University of Illinois and University of Virginia, US prior to becoming an Assistant Professor at Eastern Virginia Medical School, US. DrChakrabarti has authored numerous research articles published in prestigious international journals. He is currently a Research Analyst at HP Ghosh Research Centre, Kolkata, India.
