Ashild Kolas is a Research Professor at the Peace Research Institute Oslo (PRIO), where she has coordinated the institutional cooperation between PRIO and the IDSA since 2005. Her latest book, co-edited with Pedro Ibarra Gu¨ell, is Sovereignty Revisited: The Basque Case.
