This is Sheena’s story, a seeker’s journey into a spiritual life which I excitedly and fervently took with deep, intense devotion and dedication. But the incidents on the walk to the path of realization revealed the truth that todays ‘Gurus’ who should have been iconic Spiritual leaders are themselves inflicted with the same passions of the mind which they consistently advocate we should harness. While seekers make a sincere ‘effort’ to follow the teachings, Spiritual Teachers ‘indulgences and excesses’ are labelled sacred, divine and even mysterious. After having been through several ordeals with a Spriritual Teacher, these words ring true;
