Jain is a postgraduate in Political Science from Delhi University, Delhi, and has been a journalist for over three decades in leading newspapers. As Senior Fellow, Nehru Memorial Museum and Library, New Delhi, she examined the vexed issue of Balochistan in its multiple dimensions.
